The Diocese of Lui is in East Mundri County, Western Equatoria State, South Sudan. The Diocese was created in 1999, having originated as a Church Missionary Society station in 1920. It is a mainly rural area of approx 5000 sq miles located 4 - 5° N of the Equator, close to the River Yei and centred on the main town of Lui, Other towns include Kediba, Lakamadi and Mideh. Central to the Diocese is Fraser Memorial Cathedral with the nearby Diocesan Office.
